About Livia Thompson

Livia Thompson is a trauma‑informed Reiki Master, mindfulness teacher, and clinical hypnosis practitioner who bridges integrative healing with modern clinical care. With 14 years of nursing experience and advanced training in Biofield therapies, she translates the science of stress, resilience, and energy medicine into practices that are grounded, intuitive, and immediately usable.

As the founder of Reikiology Medicine, Livia teaches Reiki, Mindfulness, Clinical Hypnosis, and crystal healing across hospitals, universities, and community wellness spaces. Her crystal curriculum includes both hands‑on and Ethereal Crystal training, offering participants accessible ways to work with crystal energy—with or without physical stones. Her workshops emphasize nervous‑system safety, intuitive placement, somatic awareness, and measurable energetic outcomes.

Livia’s work has supported patients, clinicians, and caregivers within major healthcare systems including UCLA, Kaiser, Adventist, Cedars‑Sinai, UC San Francisco, St. Helena, and Queen of the Valley. She is known for her warm, clear teaching style and her ability to make complex mind‑body concepts feel empowering and deeply human.

She has facilitated Stanford’s Chronic Disease Self‑Management Program, supported oncology patients through integrative care, and led the Charlotte Maxwell Clinic’s online Reiki Circle for four years.

At conferences and festivals, Livia speaks on trauma‑informed energy medicine, the science of the Bio field, mindfulness for caregivers, and crystal healing as a somatic‑supportive practice. Her sessions invite participants into a space of clarity, curiosity, and embodied healing—where ancient wisdom and modern medicine meet in service of collective well‑being.
