The Sacramento Goddess Festival is a once-a-year, two-day gathering designed as a full weekend experience. You are welcome to attend one day or both days, arriving and participating in a way that feels right for you.

Arrival and Parking Information

When you arrive, please follow posted signage to the check-in area. Our team and volunteers will be available to welcome you and help orient you to the space.

Parking

Onsite parking is free.  We recommend allowing yourself a little extra time on your first day to arrive, check in, and settle into the environment.

Opening Ceremony

The weekend begins with an Opening Ceremony, which welcomes the community into shared intention and sets the tone for the days ahead.

You are warmly encouraged to attend the Opening Ceremony, as it offers a grounding and meaningful way to arrive together. That said, you are always welcome to participate in a way that feels supportive — whether that means arriving quietly, stepping out if needed, or joining when you’re ready.

What to Bring

The Sacramento Goddess Festival is designed to be comfortable and welcoming. While everything you need will be present, a few personal items can help you feel supported throughout the weekend.

For Comfort & Movement

  • A yoga mat or blanket (especially if you plan to attend yoga, meditation, or sound healing sessions)
  • Comfortable clothing you can move and relax in
  • Layers for warmth and comfort
  • A reusable water bottle

For Reflection & Intention

  • A journal or notebook
  • A pen or pencil
  • A personal item for the Altar of Intention (crystals, photos, written intentions, or small sacred objects)

For Community Exchanges (Optional)

  • Seeds to share for the Seed Exchange
  • A gently loved book for the Book Exchange

All exchanges and offerings are optional and shared in the spirit of generosity. There is no expectation to bring anything in order to participate.

Experiential Offerings

The Sacramento Goddess Festival is a fully immersive weekend experience — a gathering designed not just to inspire, but to be felt in the body, heart, and spirit.

Throughout the weekend, you are invited to move, rest, listen, create, and connect through a rich tapestry of experiential offerings. These activations are woven into the natural flow of the festival, allowing you to choose what calls to you in each moment.

Movement & Embodiment

Experience practices that bring you back into your body and breath. From gentle yoga and grounding movement to guided embodiment practices, these sessions are accessible to all levels and invite you to reconnect with your physical wisdom.

Sound & Energy Healing

Immerse yourself in sound baths, drumming, and vibrational healing experiences designed to calm the nervous system, open energetic pathways, and create deep states of rest and integration. Many attendees find these sessions profoundly restorative.

Ceremony & Ritual

Ceremony is at the heart of the weekend. You’ll be welcomed through an Opening Ceremony and invited into sacred experiences such as cacao ceremony, drum circles, and intentional ritual spaces that honor personal transformation, community, and the cycles of life.

Meditation & Inner Journeying

Guided meditations, channeling experiences, and reflective journeys offer space to turn inward, meet your inner guidance, and explore personal growth in a supportive and intentional container.

Sacred Circles & Shared Wisdom

Participate in sacred circles that foster connection, dialogue, and shared experience — including offerings focused on the Sacred Masculine and collective healing. These circles create space for authentic expression, listening, and shared insight.

Community-Centered Experiences

Beyond scheduled sessions, the festival is alive with community-led offerings available throughout the weekend:

  • An Altar of Intention, where you may place prayers, symbols, or sacred items
  • A Seed Exchange, honoring growth, legacy, and future planting
  • A Book Exchange, inviting shared wisdom and stories
  • Informal gathering spaces to connect, reflect, and rest together

The Marketplace

Explore a thoughtfully curated marketplace filled with crystals, teas, handcrafted goods, herbal offerings, readings, and ancient wisdom shared by local and regional practitioners. The marketplace is a living part of the experience — a place to discover, converse, and be inspired.

This is a weekend to rise into your power, surrounded by community, intention, and meaningful experience. Whether you come for one day or the full weekend, you are invited to participate in a way that feels nourishing, supportive, and true to you.

Accessibility & Comfort

The Sacramento Goddess Festival is held with care for the comfort, safety, and accessibility of our community. We recognize that everyone arrives with different needs, and we strive to create a space that feels welcoming and supportive for all.

Venue Accessibility

The Scottish Rite Center is an indoor venue with accessible entrances and restrooms. Most spaces are wheelchair accessible, and seating options are available in all session rooms.

If you require specific accommodations or have questions about accessibility, we encourage you to reach out in advance so we can best support your experience.

Seating & Movement

Sessions may include a mix of:

  • seated experiences
  • gentle movement
  • standing or floor-based practices

You are always welcome to modify your participation, remain seated, step out, or rest as needed. Chairs are available, and no session requires physical ability beyond what feels comfortable for you.

Sensory Considerations

Some offerings may include:

  • sound (drumming, music, sound healing)
  • low lighting or candlelight
  • guided meditative experiences

If you are sensitive to sound or sensory input, you are welcome to step out or choose sessions that feel supportive. Quiet spaces will be available for rest and grounding.

Rest & Integration

This weekend is intentionally paced to allow for rest, reflection, and integration. You are encouraged to listen to your body and take breaks as needed. Nourishment, hydration, and self-care are part of the experience.

Personal Support

If at any point you need assistance, have a concern, or feel overwhelmed, festival staff and volunteers will be available to help. You are not alone, and support is always nearby.

Our Intention

Our intention is to offer a space where each person can participate in a way that feels safe, respectful, and aligned with their needs. There is no expectation to do everything or push beyond your comfort.

You are welcome here — exactly as you are.
