About Laurie McDonald
Laurie McDonald is a Clinical Hypnotherapist, consciousness researcher, author, and founder of True You Hypnotherapy. Certified since 1995, she has conducted over 1,000 clinical sessions and has spent nearly three decades guiding individuals through profound subconscious healing and personal transformation.
Laurie specializes in behavioral modification and clinical hypnotherapy, supporting clients with stress and anxiety reduction, emotional release, phobias, anger management, smoking cessation, weight challenges, sleep disorders, self-esteem, pain management, and deeper regression work. Through guided subconscious access, she helps individuals identify and release limiting patterns so they can reclaim their personal power and step into their most authentic expression.
Her professional training includes graduation from the Alchemical Hypnotherapy Institute of Sacramento, where she later assisted in teaching, as well as Dale Carnegie Effective Speaking and Human Relations. She is a member of A.C.H.E. (American Council of Hypnotist Examiners), Sacramento Hypnosis, and the Institute of Noetic Sciences.
