Facing Your Fears with Michelle Dean
In Facing Your Fears, Michelle Dean guides participants through a powerful, heart-centered exploration of the fears that quietly shape our choices, limit our growth, and keep us from fully stepping into our purpose.
Stepping outside our comfort zone often brings fear, doubt, and old patterns to the surface. In this interactive 90-minute session, Michelle creates a safe and supportive space where attendees are invited to look honestly at the fears they may be carrying and how those fears are influencing their goals, relationships, and sense of self.
The presentation includes a guided 15-minute experiential activity designed to help participants identify specific fears they may be struggling with and recognize how those fears may be holding them back. Through storytelling, practical strategies, and lived experience, Michelle helps attendees understand the power fear has over progress — and why facing it is a necessary and transformative step toward healing and thriving.
This session is especially impactful for women who are ready to move beyond survival, reclaim their voice, and take meaningful steps toward the life they envision. Participants will leave with greater clarity, renewed courage, and tools they can begin using immediately to face fear with strength and intention.
