Exploring Vital Energy with the Brocades - Qigong
Harmony Rose
About This Session
Qigong is an ancient practice for cultivating vital energy — using slow, deliberate movement, breath, and sound to restore balance to body and spirit, much like its more widely known cousin, Tai Chi. In this session, Harmony Rose guides participants through the Eight Brocades, a foundational Qigong sequence used for centuries to strengthen the body and calm the mind, paired with healing sound practices that deepen the experience of release and renewal. No experience necessary — come ready to move gently, breathe deeply, and reconnect with your own energy.
