The Art of the Chakras
Rhonda Roque
About This Session
The chakras are often described as energetic centers within the body, each connected with different aspects of our physical, emotional, and spiritual experience. But understanding the chakras is only the beginning. The deeper invitation is learning how to become aware of that energy and work with it intentionally.
In The Art of the Chakras , Kundalini yoga instructor Rhonda Roque introduces participants to the chakra system and explores why these energy centers can play an important role in personal awareness, vitality, and spiritual growth.
Drawing from her own longtime Kundalini yoga practice, Rhonda will share how breath, movement, meditation, and kriyas can be used to awaken and encourage the flow of energy within the body. Participants will have an opportunity to experience simple Kundalini techniques rather than only learning about the chakras intellectually.
Kundalini yoga is rooted in the idea that we carry powerful energy within us. Through intentional breathwork, movement, mantra, meditation, and energetic awareness, the practice invites us to connect more deeply with ourselves and expand our consciousness.
Whether you are already familiar with the chakras or are simply curious about energy work and Kundalini yoga, this session offers an accessible introduction to experiencing your own energetic landscape from the inside out.
