In this immersive guided meditation and vision quest, participants are gently led through a powerful inner journey of self-discovery, healing, and soul remembrance. Together, we will meet three sacred aspects of the self: the Inner Wisdom, the Soul Self, and the Shadow Self.
Through guided imagery, meditation, energy work, and deep spiritual exploration, participants will reconnect with the wisdom that has always lived within them, explore the hidden aspects created through pain and survival, and begin the process of integration and wholeness.

It is about remembering who you truly are.
During this 90-minute sacred journey, we will:
