This nurturing and restorative session offers a slow, mindful somatic yoga practice designed to support nervous system regulation, embodied awareness, and a deeper sense of safety within the body.
Trauma-informed somatic yoga focuses on gentle, choice-based movement that encourages participants to listen inward and move in ways that feel supportive and empowering. Rather than pushing the body, this practice invites curiosity, softness, and presence — creating space for the body to reconnect with its natural rhythms.
Following the yoga practice, participants will be guided into a soothing sound healing journey. Vibrational frequencies from sound instruments help calm the mind, release stored tension, and deepen the body’s ability to rest and restore.
Together, somatic movement and sound healing create a powerful experience of grounding and integration, allowing the breath to deepen, the nervous system to settle, and the body to soften into a state of renewal.
No prior yoga experience is needed. All bodies, abilities, and levels of experience are welcome. Come exactly as you are.

Jodi Weiner is the founder of Divinity Studio, a community yoga, meditation, and sound healing studio located in Historic Old Town Lincoln, California.
Her work centers around creating welcoming spaces where people can reconnect with themselves through mindful movement, breath, meditation, and sound.
