About This Session

Manifesting With Runes and Sacred Geometry

This 90-minute immersive experience combines therapeutic sound frequencies with Reiki energy healing to support deep relaxation, energetic clearing, and spiritual awakening.

Kataka Gara will guide participants into a calm and receptive state where sound, vibration, meditation, and gentle energetic work can help release stored tension, restore balance, and invite a renewed sense of inner alignment.

Featuring Kataka’s handpans and a carefully curated blend of sound healing instruments, the experience surrounds participants with resonant frequencies designed to quiet the mind and support the body’s natural movement toward rest and restoration.

Reiki energy is woven throughout the sound journey, creating a sacred and supportive container for emotional release, nervous system regulation, expanded awareness, and healing on multiple levels.

Participants will be invited to reconnect with their inner stillness, soften into the present moment, and become more receptive to the restorative qualities of sound and energy.

This experience is intended to leave participants feeling grounded, refreshed, balanced, and renewed.
